Terms:

• Form6: This is the form that is used to fill in order to apply for new Voter ID card
• Reference ID: Acknowledgement number after submitting Form 6

1. Create your own account on https://nvsp.in/Account/Login
2. Login into account
3. Create new Voter ID
1. If you want to create new Voter ID click on “Fresh Inclusion/Enrollment”
2. It will allow you to fill “Form6” online which is required for new voter id.
3. Fill out all details required in all below steps

4. Upload all required document in each above step in image
5. At the end you will be given with a reference id
3. You can track your application status on https://nvsp.in/Forms/trackstatus
4. When your application is accepted you will get appointment date  on your mobile number which you have mentioned in your application. It is approximately at least one-week off waiting time.   Below is how the process will look like.

6. But in case of Rejected, you need to see the reason why it is rejected on https://nvsp.in/Forms/trackstatus and retry again or visit the nearest ERO (Electoral. Registration Officer) office. Below is how it will look like.
