Validate Property Registry

 

To validate Registry of our property/land we need to follow below instruction. Yes, it is possible to verify the details from online. Below are the steps to do so and validate your registry of your property/land.

1. To validate property registry, we need to visit https://igrsup.gov.in/
2. Click on सम्पत्तिखोजें . See below image:
   
   
   
   

3. Once clicked you will be redirected to search for registry page. Where you need to select when the property was registered.
   
   
   
   

4. Once clicked on appropriate link in image above you will be redirected to search you registry. See below:
   
   
   
   

5. Now filling of details above in image all record related to data given will be shown up as below:
   
   
   
   

6. Now if detail were correct your data will be appeared here in above image.
7. To see detail, you need to click on पूर्णविवरणदेखें >> चयन करे. Registry data will be shown up.
   
   
   
   

8. To see exact copy of registry you will need to click on स्कैन्डलेखपत्रदेखें >> चयन करे . You will get the scanned copy of your registry. But some time is not available in case of very old records.
